Corporate Services Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring a friendly, professional, and responsive guest experience
- Answer and route inquiries, greet visitors, and ensure appropriate access and coordination within the office
- Support the Building & Corporate Services team with day-to-day office operations across assigned locations
- Maintain office, breakroom, and common-area supplies, including processing inventory and rotating snack and drink stock; place orders as needed
- Absorb incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including FedEx and hand deliveries
- Coordinate food deliveries and other office services as requested
- Aid in maintaining clean, organized, and professional shared spaces
- Respond to internal requests and questions related to office operations and facilities
- Help organize procedures, documentation, and internal processes to improve efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- The ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, facilities, or corporate services
- Experience supporting multiple office locations
- Oil & gas or industrial workplace experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop or improve internal processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and positive approach
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
