Essential Job Functions
- Upload statistics and trial balances to TM1 reporting system for all AHMC Healthcare, Inc affiliated hospitals and maintain the reporting system.
- Prepare monthly operation report package for each of AHMC Healthcare, Inc affiliated hospitals.
- Prepare affiliated hospitals quarterly financials requested by health plans.
- Prepare monthly self-insurance and workers compensation entries for AHMC’s affiliated hospitals at month-end.
- Summarize monthly AP aging for all AHMC’s affiliated hospitals as part of the loan financial covenants.
- Prepare DSCR and liquidity test monthly for each of AHMC’s bank loans.
- Twice a year, coordinate with all AHMC’s affiliated hospitals for all documents the bank auditors request (accounting and patient accounts).
- Prepare monthly patient account collection goals (prelim and final) for AHMC’s affiliated hospitals.
- Submit bi-weekly federal payroll tax at IRS website for two of AHMC’s affiliated hospitals.
- Aid in the annual submission of 1099 to IRS for all of AHMC’s affiliated hospitals and home office.
- Online banking transfer for AHMC’s affiliated hospitals.
- Prepare / submit surveys to US census bureau.
- Record and maintain books of two AHMC’s affiliated hospitals on QuickBooks.
- Supervise and train the Corporate Final Analyst.
Training/Experience
- Seven years of accounting/finance experience
- Knowledge of government regulations related to functional area
Education/Certification/License
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance/accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail
