About the role
The Corporate Security Military Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to leverage military experience and skills in a corporate environment. Participants will gain the necessary tools to manage their professional development, realize their future potential, and contribute to Bank of America.
Responsibilities
- Rotation One: Intelligence Analyst - Administer the security intelligence/analysis program for a large geographical region. Perform complex analysis and identify emerging threats and trends. Lead initiatives and teams.
- Rotation Two: Security Preparedness - Review observations, conduct exercises, and lead threat vulnerability assessments. Support strategic planning and initiatives.
- Rotation Three: Strategic Planning/Initiatives - Drive high-impact initiatives, support governance routines, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree with outstanding academic qualifications.
- Honorable service in the U.S. Military within the past 2 years or current service in the Reserves or National Guard.
- Experience in Military Intelligence, Physical Security, or Law Enforcement.
- Leadership experience in exercises and threat/vulnerability assessments.
- Data analysis and reporting experience.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree (required).
- Honorable service in the U.S. Military within the past 2 years or current service in the Reserves or National Guard.
- NCO or Junior Military Officer background.
- Experience leading exercises and conducting threat/vulnerability assessments.
- Data analysis and reporting experience.
