Corporate Security Lead – U.S. Office Lab Plant

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate security strategy across U.S. facilities
• Develop and enforce security policies and standards
• Oversee physical security measures and technologies
• Coordinate incident response for security breaches
• Conduct regular security risk assessments
• Collaborate with Corporate Security Center of Excellence for alignment
• Lead and develop a team of security professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or related field
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated environments preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP or equivalent) preferred
• Deep expertise in physical security systems, incident response, and risk assessment
