About the role
Surefox North America Inc is a veteran-owned company dedicated to fostering a diverse and skilled workforce. We are currently seeking an experienced Incident Commander to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain camera feeds, VMS, and ACS to identify and neutralize threats
- Conduct ongoing site risk assessments and provide actionable intelligence
- Act as the primary dispatcher and communication hub during critical incidents
- Oversee badge printing, credentialing, and technical security integrators
- Conduct incident reports on accidents, suspicious activities, and system vulnerabilities
- Provide low-profile physical security and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT)
Requirements
- Eligible for employment within the United States
- A minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
- Pass an extensive background check and drug screening
- Live within driving distance
- At least 5+ years of physical security experience
- Current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for one
- Current BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit or be eligible to qualify for one
- High school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated competence in handling emergencies
- Effective communication skills
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Specialized Permits: Current CCW or firearms permits for potential transition to armed agent status
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or a related field
- Professional Experience: Prior Military or Law Enforcement (ODO) experience is highly prioritized
- Technical Certifications: Formal TECC/TCCC (Tactical Casualty Care) certifications, NREMT licensure, or experience with advanced tactical medical integration
- Specialized Training: Experience with Executive Protection, anti-terrorism protocols, or high-threat driving
- International Proficiency: Experience with overseas protection assignments and international travel logistics
