Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and manage corporate accounts.
- Identify and develop new leads through direct sales activities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events to showcase the corporate program.
- Negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs).
- Co-manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze corporate sales performance and take data-driven actions to drive growth.
- Prepare and present activity reports to corporate sales departments.
Requirements
- Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
- Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Competency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
- Excellent command of English.
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
