Responsibilities
- Ensure health & safety is the number one priority by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Collaborate with Commercial Growth Team to execute on sales strategy identified for Automotive Manufacturing segment of business.
- Create strategic sales plan to identify and proactively prospect new business based on customer research, client interactions, and industry trends/knowledge that identifies growth opportunities.
- Combine understanding of Automotive Manufacturing and TWM services to differentiate Envita Solutions solutions from alternative options to serve client needs and generate new business.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to support the sales strategy and drive sustainable growth.
- Call on new business prospects at all levels of client organizations. Lead and/or facilitate business meetings, TWM presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal functional leaders in areas of expertise to best deliver on creative solutions that differentiate from competitors.
- Maintain a deep understanding of core supplier-partners within the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
- Utilize business negotiation skills and business acumen to meet and exceed sales goals that deliver on the overall commercial growth strategy.
- Represent Envita Solutions through alignment in company values and culture that operates through integrity, trust, and respect.
- Attend trade shows and conventions while initiating involvement in professional associations and other business opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings that could impact sales strategy.
- Manage business travel and expenses while being fiscally responsible and mindful of budget.
- Additionally, continuously grow in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
Requirements
- Prioritized experience in business-to-business sales, particularly in the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
- Enterprise selling experience at a corporate or senior leadership level.
- Experience in sustainability, consultative solutions, environmental, property management, sales, or customer account management.
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically hands-on experience with Excel and Power Point.
- Adequate knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations.
Qualifications
- Required: High School or Equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
- Required: 5+ years business-to-business sales experience.
- Required: Enterprise selling experience at a corporate or senior leadership level.
- Preferred: Experience in one of the following categories: Sustainability, Consultative Solutions, Environmental, Property Management, Sales, or Customer Account Management.
- Required: Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

- Proven knowledge and experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry.

- Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners.
- Comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely.
