About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Risk and Human Resource Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, managing risk assessments, and supporting HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to corporate risk management and human resource compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding human resources and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
  • Support HR initiatives in areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in using software for compliance monitoring.
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
