Corporate Relations Coordinator
About the role
The Department of Development & Alumni Engagement at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville is accepting applications for a Corporate Relations Coordinator who supports corporate and foundation engagement efforts by coordinating and implementing programs, events, and communications that advance institutional priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and implementation of the campus-wide Corporate Engagement Program.
- Designs, delivers, and evaluates new and existing corporate and foundation relations events, programs, and communications materials.
- Monitors site visits with internal and external corporate and foundation stakeholders to assist in multi-unit collaboration.
- Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate and foundation giving strategies.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement or new development.
- Serves as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answers questions, and provides information about established programs based on set material or standards.
- Collects, analyzes, and monitors corporate and foundation relations metrics; compiles and disseminates information to appropriate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in program coordination, external relations, fundraising support, corporate engagement, event planning, or related work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analyzing information, compiling reports, and using data to support program improvement or decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems or databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Pay
This is a 12-month, full-time, benefit and paid leave eligible position, with a salary of $55,000 per year.
