Corporate Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Sourcing - Post job ads and execute cold calling and cold email/messaging campaigns; contact non-applicants and applicants to identify and engage potential candidates for a range of job requisitions from entry level to high level sales executive.
• Maintain candidate relationships as they guide through the application and interview processes.
• Full-cycle Recruiting and Interviewing - Conduct phone interviews and web interviews, seeing candidates through from first contact to first day on the job and beyond.
• Recruiting Strategy - Develop knowledge as a recruiter to formulate and implement creative recruiting strategy for difficult placements, including researching new platforms and methods for recruiting talent and staying abreast of the latest trends in recruiting.
• Team Member Responsibilities - Maintain and present accurate activity reporting, attend weekly team meetings with executive team members, and communicate effectively in a team environment as well as independently. May participate in database management and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Representing IST Management - Maintain knowledge on all of IST Management's latest offerings and utilize online presence, including LinkedIn and other social media, to attract and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience OR experience and proven success with cold-call outbound b2b sales.
• Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus!
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize required.
• High school diploma or GED required - degree a plus.
• Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
• Willingness to cross-train for other job functions required.

Pay

Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Hire bonuses: range from $1,000.00 USD to $3,000.00 per hire
On-target Earnings Y1: up to and exceeding $90,000.00

Schedule

Regular business hours, M-F, with flexibility to fill requisitions and interview candidates in all timezones across the continental US. Travel will be 0-5% per year; may include occasional air travel. 40 hrs/week minimum; salaried position. Mandatory virtual team meeting held weekly on Tuesdays at 530p. This is a hybrid position after training - in office 3 days per week min, wfh 2 days per week.
