Corporate Recruiter - Sales Team
About the role
We're seeking a dynamic, full-cycle Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales roles and top performers, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially for sales roles, and a creative mindset to source and engage stellar sales candidates.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for Stars - Source, attract, and engage with stellar sales candidates who are ready to bring their A-game.
- Lead the Charge - Take candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial screening to final offer.
- Collaborate - Work closely with our sales leadership team to understand their needs and build a pipeline of top talent.
Requirements
- Sales Savvy - Deep understanding of sales roles and top performers.
- Recruitment Rockstar - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
- Creative Mindset - Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking, not afraid to try new approaches and experiment with different sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
Must be comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday 9am-6pm in Aventura, FL. This position requires a negative drug screen and satisfactory background check.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 annually

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
