Corporate Real Estate Sr. CAPEX Project Manager

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and strategy with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Direct third-party partners to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Develop annual capital investment budgets and project cost estimates
• Manage project documentation, including scope, financial information, and risk plans
• Secure budget approvals and manage project risks with mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety standards
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and serve as a key client contact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 15+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience combination
• 15+ years of experience in construction and capital projects/programs
• Experience delivering corporate real estate construction, including facilities and modifications
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and advanced in MS Project or similar tools, with knowledge of AutoCAD
• PM or PMP certification preferred

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
