Corporate Planning and Performance Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Planning and Performance Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own the cadence of monthly operating reviews and executive performance reporting, turning financial and operational data into clear insights for leadership. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate KPIs, monitor progress against strategic initiatives, and surface trends, risks, and escalation points. The position will also support strategic planning and forecast alignment, helping guide decision-making through disciplined analysis and compelling executive presentations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end monthly operating review process and executive-level reporting. Consolidate corporate KPIs and financial results into comprehensive performance views. Facilitate review meetings with analysis of trends and risks. Support the development of strategic plans aligned with financial forecasts and initiatives. Define and report KPIs while monitoring project progress and escalations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and insights. Prepare presentations summarizing performance for executives. Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using OKRs and KPIs for performance tracking. Proficiency with performance management tools and data visualization platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
