On-siteOTHR$120k–$150k/yrFull-time

About the role

Workstream is a mission‑driven company building an all‑in‑one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for the hourly workforce. Serving leading brands such as Burger King, Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers, Workstream is a high‑growth Series B startup backed by Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue, with over $120M in funding. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will own a book of corporate brand relationships, prospect into the C‑suite of national franchise brands, and drive signed MSAs and preferred‑vendor agreements that unlock hundreds of franchisee locations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into corporate teams (CHROs, VPs of Talent, COOs) at franchise and multi‑location brands via conferences, referrals, franchisee champions, trade associations, and outbound.
  • Run multi‑stakeholder deal cycles to signed MSAs and preferred‑vendor agreements: discovery, tailored business cases, executive presentations, negotiation, and close.
  • Own the post‑signature relationship: entitlement execution, QBRs, expansion into payroll and new AI products, and ROI stories that drive franchisee‑wide adoption.
  • Collaborate daily with AEs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure brand deals translate into real location growth and feed field intel back into the playbook.
  • Leverage AI tools for research, prospecting, and proposals as a default.

Requirements

  • 2‑5 years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience with a proven track record of closing.
  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, restaurant, or franchise sectors is a strong plus.
  • Organized and CRM‑disciplined (Salesforce); pipeline is current, accurate, and forecastable.

Skills

  • Founder‑mindset: built something from zero and takes ownership without being asked.
  • Executive presence: able to engage C‑suite leaders and follow up professionally.
  • Creative, pushy‑in‑the‑good‑way hustler: finds warm paths or creates effective cold outreach.
  • Hungry for fast‑track enterprise deals, motivated to out‑work the market.

Benefits

  • Mission‑driven company focused on empowering desk
