Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and ambitious corporate attorney to grow and shape the Business and Corporate practice in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role offers flexibility to work from one of several office locations or remotely, depending on your geographic preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on sophisticated business transactions and corporate matters.
• Handling mergers, acquisitions, corporate formations, and governance.
• Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing corporate agreements.
• Providing high-quality service to clients while fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and contracts and corporate agreements.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey preferred.
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
• A book of business is preferred but not required.
