Corporate Paralegal: Multiple locations

About the role

Holland & Hart is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart's offices, depending on the candidate's location and/or interests. Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior corporate and/or securities paralegal experience (either in a law firm or in-house)
• Significant and recent experience with either:
  • M&A transaction closings and Delaware corporate law, or
  • Securities transaction closings, SEC filings, and federal and state securities law (including Form D and blue sky)
• Degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in MSWord and Outlook
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Career-oriented

Pay

Anticipated salary range: $43.59–$76.92 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime, and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
