Corporate Paralegal - Dallas
Responsibilities
- Aid client's legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents.
- Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and compliance.
- Maintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governance-related documents.
- Prepare and file corporate documents such as annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings.
Qualifications
- At least 9 years of corporate governance experience in a large corporate in-house setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices, and familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in legal research tools, databases, and related software.
- Willingness to work in an engagement-based role, seconded to clients on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months at a time.

Pay
- Total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
- Total compensation for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
