Corporate Paralegal
Responsibilities
- drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents
- preparing and filing annual reports, audit letters and annual compliance filings
- managing and maintaining corporate records
- collaborating with attorneys on fast paced merger and acquisition closings and other corporate matters
- interfacing professionally with clients and other legal professionals
- maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- at least three (3) years of relevant experience preferred
- a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus
- highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- financial acumen
- advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- proven project management skills
- ability to prioritize tasks successfully
- enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment

Pay
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $41.02 - $43.59. This is Verrill's good faith estimate of the hourly rate for the position at the time of this posting for the indicated location. Final compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to skills, experience, job-related qualifications and other market factors.
Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
