Corporate/Opex Finance Manager

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own opex forecasting and management for your function end-to-end
• Act as a trusted finance partner in planning meetings with functional leaders
• Build and improve reporting models and flow for accurate business insights
• Oversee the annual operating and long-range planning cycles
• Model and explain capitalized expenses accurately to business partners
• Create content for senior leadership materials and present analyses
• Leverage AI tools to enhance modeling and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics)
• Minimum of 8 years in progressive FP&A roles, preferably in scaled or public companies
• Strong individual contributor capable of owning outcomes end-to-end
• Solid GAAP fluency for accounting practices
• Experience using dashboards and templates; skilled in process automation
• Proven ability to build relationships with functional leaders and team members

Pay

$128,000 – $184,700 annually
