About the role

This position focuses on representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations in their daily operations. The role involves working in a variety of legal areas, including contracts, employment law, municipal law, and financing.

Responsibilities

• Represent HOAs and condominium associations in daily operations.
• Handle matters in contracts, employment law, municipal law, financing, and related areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience.
• General corporate law experience preferred, but experience in one or more of the listed practice areas is required.
• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in Indiana.
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration.
