Corporate Marketing Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in community engagement, corporate marketing, visitor experience, programming, and partnership management. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage programming and scheduling, including K-12 field trip operations.
- Evaluate and coordinate resources for ongoing space and program maintenance and updates to ensure current, functioning product displays.
- Serve as primary guide for corporate visitors across the US Corporate building and showrooms.
- Maintain a master calendar for field trips, guest, group, and press visits.
- Oversee guest experience to meet standards of luxury, respect, and excellence.
- Plan and execute corporate marketing programs, including partnership marketing campaigns and hospitality programs, in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
- Develop annual goals, scopes, deliverables, resource plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives.
- Manage run of show, staffing schedules, and training for brand ambassadors and temporary event staff.
- Communicate program details and updates to ambassadors and cross-functional partners to enable consistent brand delivery.
- Lead onsite training activities to ensure quality execution across experiences.
- Drive outreach to generate a pipeline of K-12 field trips and ensure target student and class counts are achieved annually.
- Ideate creative uses to engage students and visitors.
- Develop community and employee engagement opportunities and communication strategies to promote participation.
- Generate CSR and social impact ideas with potential for organic reach across target audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, youth organizations, and community stakeholders to elevate presence in target communities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver programs and ensure compliance with workforce policies and procedures.
- Plan and execute internal employee engagement and CSR events throughout the year.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in marketing, hospitality, communications, or consumer electronics/home appliance industry.
- Experience supervising staff, delegating tasks, setting priorities, coaching, training, and managing budgets and calendars.
- Ability to plan and organize multiple projects, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and meet timelines.
- Capability to translate mission and vision into annual objectives and strategic plans.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across diverse perspectives and teams.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative with the ability to develop and execute compelling campaign ideas.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn administrative platforms.
Schedule
This is a salaried, onsite role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week during regular business hours. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for special events at the campus or other sites. Some travel may be required for hospitality program planning and events, approximately 5-10% annually.
Pay
$35-45/hour (W2).
