Primary Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership
    • Champion and protect the Cole West brand across all business lines.
    • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
    • Lead corporate communications, public relations, and company messaging.
  • Business Line Marketing
    • Partner with leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives supporting:
      • Land Development
      • Master-Planned Communities
      • Homebuilding
      • Commercial Construction
      • Architecture & Design
      • Multifamily
      • Retail
      • Custom Homes
      • Master-Planned Community Marketing
      • Develop brands, positioning, and launch strategies for new communities.
      • Create marketing campaigns that generate demand and support builder partners.
  • Business Development Support
    • Develop proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
    • Support land dispositions, commercial construction pursuits, investor opportunities, and development projects.
    • Aid in RFPs, project pursuits, and business development initiatives.
  • Project Marketing
    • Lead marketing efforts from acquisition through project completion.
    • Coordinate grand openings, project launches, and community events.
    • Partner with development, sales, architecture, and construction teams to ensure every project reflects the Cole West brand.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Manage outside agencies, creative consultants, photographers, and vendors.
    • Oversee marketing budgets, schedules, and project timelines.
    • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on measurable results.

    Qualifications

    • Five or more years of professional marketing experience.
    • Experience in real estate, homebuilding, development, architecture, construction, or a related industry preferred.
    • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience developing marketing strategy and translating it into successful execution.
    • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, strengthen marketing efforts, and support a lean, high-performing organization. AI literacy is becoming a differentiator for modern marketing leaders, particularly in real estate and development.
