About the role
Responsible for maintaining and operating HVAC systems in corporate facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Good physical stamina for manual labor.
