Job Summary

Vantage Care Management, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, seeks a skilled and experienced Corporate Maintenance Director to join their team and lead multi-site maintenance teams. As a key member of their facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of their facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for their patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling and inventory management
• Ensure effective communication with facilities management team, departments, and vendors to resolve maintenance issues
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards and deficiencies
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to plan and execute capital projects
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements
• Develop and implement budgets for maintenance and repair activities
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement efficient solutions

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in mechanical, plumbing or electrical
