The practice offers direct access to firm leadership in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment. What You'll Do Lead negotiations and draft core M&A agreements.Manage key client relationships and run deals.Mentor junior and mid-level associates.Coordinate closing documents and manage changes.Interface regularly with opposing counsel and clients. What You Bring (required) Senior-partner level M&A experience.Ability to independently lead complex transactions.Exceptional leadership skills and client presence.JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Experience owning client relationships.Collaborative personality for a high-trust culture.
