About the role
Ballard Spahr LLP, combining with Lane Powell PC in 2025, seeks one junior corporate associate (2 - 4 years relevant experience) and one mid-level corporate associate (4 - 6 years relevant experience) to join its corporate practice in Seattle. Qualified candidates should have experience in corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and other commercial work. They must demonstrate strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills.

Pay
The annual salaries for these positions range from $220,000 – $305,000, reflecting the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as a candidate's experience and qualifications.
