About the role

The Corporate Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful, scalable learning programs that support key organizational priorities including compliance, corporate policies, leadership development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze needs, develop design strategies, and manage projects from start to finish
  • Create engaging learning experiences using various tools and platforms
  • Evaluate and improve learning solutions based on data insights and stakeholder feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and communication of training initiatives
  • Manage and support deployment of training programs via LMS or internal platforms
  • Implement evaluation strategies and analyze learner data to assess effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 2+ years of corporate instructional design experience
  • Strong foundation in the ADDIE model
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Sharp attention to detail, including content accuracy, consistency, and quality control
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
  • Experience with video creation tools and Microsoft 365 suite

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR-related training (compliance, employee relations, leadership)
  • Corporate or enterprise-level experience
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and analytics
  • Exposure to learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ROI models)
