Corporate In-House Attorney (Remote)
About the role
Latitude is seeking experienced corporate attorneys for remote, in-house flexible contract opportunities with our clients. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience across a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements; advising on entity formation, governance, and compliance; and supporting corporate finance and growth initiatives. Experience in technology, healthcare or financial services is highly valued, though we welcome attorneys from other industries with similarly broad corporate practices.

Pay
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
