Corporate HR Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic Human Resources leadership across all ALIYA Healthcare facilities and corporate departments.
  • Serve as the primary HR partner to executive leadership, Regional HR Directors, Administrators, and department leaders.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and performance management across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support facilities during audits, surveys, and inspections related to Human Resources compliance.
  • Partner with Recruitment to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead leadership development, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coach and advise leaders on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and reporting to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Travel to facilities as needed to support leadership teams and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with leadership experience required.
  • Previous experience as a Corporate HR Director, Regional HR Director, or senior HR leader strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, and labor regulations.
  • Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and advising executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and develop high-performing HR teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to ALIYA Healthcare facilities as needed.
