About the role
This is a hybrid position where you will be both working in the office and remotely at times.
Responsibilities
- Partners directly with the Director of Corporate Accounting and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive strong financial strategy, analysis, and planning.
- Guides financial decision-making across the portfolio, facilitating system implementations, ProfitSword updates, and comprehensive financial reviews for both the Home Office and individual properties.
Requirements
- Local to the Southern Maine Area
- A minimum of 5 years accounting experience
