Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SEA & India MCO Rare Disease Medical Roadmap.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for medical projects.
• Translate global strategies into local execution plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on strategy.
• Lead advanced medical and scientific strategies for rare diseases.
• Engage with external stakeholders to enhance patient care.
• Ensure support for implementation of global projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the medical team.

Requirements

• Doctorate-level education: MD or equivalent medical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, with a focus on rare diseases.
• 3+ years of experience in managing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Skills

• Strong business acumen in developing effective medical strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
