Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters
- Work closely with partners and other associates as part of a transaction team
- Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining clear communication with partners and support staff
- Conduct legal research and draft documents under supervision
- Learn new substantive legal areas as needed and apply guidance from mentors
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas Bar license or eligible for admission within one year
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, or healthcare regulatory matters
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff
