As the FP&A Manager, you will contribute to the organization’s financial strategy by providing forward-looking insights, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and offering data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver forward-looking financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Enhance financial planning tools and processes
- Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to ensure long-term financial health
Requirements
- Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting
- Knowledge of Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet analytics
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Five+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with FP&A or ALM systems preferred

$114k/year DOE + bonus
