About the role

As the FP&A Manager, you will contribute to the organization’s financial strategy by providing forward-looking insights, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and offering data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver forward-looking financial insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Enhance financial planning tools and processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to ensure long-term financial health

Requirements

  • Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet analytics
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels

Qualifications

  • Five+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with FP&A or ALM systems preferred

$114k/year DOE + bonus
