Corporate Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial performance across all divisions, including financial packages, financial statements, budget versus actual analysis, business plan analytics, cash flow analysis, and investment return (IRR) evaluations.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports by gathering, sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Provide reviews of finance, business planning, and related operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and develop process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies, internal control procedures, and practices.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Your Key Responsibilities

What You Have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, with a heavy focus on Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with IBM TM1 a plus.
• Understanding of GAAP and the ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements.
• Proficient in various other software and accounting systems.

Your Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting.
• Homebuilding accounting experience or public accounting experience with a large-sized accounting firm is a plus.

About Century Communities

• The Company intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $75,000 - $85,000 with the potential for an annual bonus.

Pay

Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $75,000 - $85,000 with the potential for an annual bonus. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
