Corporate Finance Intern

About the role

Larry H. Miller Real Estate is a uniquely positioned real estate company with residential and commercial real estate presence in Utah and beyond. The Corporate Finance Intern will assist the Corporate Finance team, focusing on development and homebuilder finance across the Destination Homes and LHMRE platform. Under general supervision of the Investment & Development Associate and other finance professionals, the intern will work on a variety of assignments that contribute to the company and provide hands‑on experience aimed at preparing the intern for a successful post‑graduation career. The internship is located at the Larry H. Miller Real Estate office in Sandy, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and analysis
• Market research
• Financial reporting
• Due diligence
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college in Accounting, Finance, or an MBA program
• Must be able to commute to and work in‑person at the Sandy, Utah office
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate student commitments

Physical Requirements

• Primarily an in‑office setting; required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the office
• Ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information and operate computer equipment
• Ability to speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 25 lb. independently
• Perform other duties as required

Internship Details

• Duration: May 10 2027 – August 6 2027
• Compensation: $22.00 hourly
• Status: Part‑time (average 25‑29 hours per week)
• Location: Larry H. Miller Real Estate, Sandy, Utah
• This internship is ineligible for employee benefits offered to regular company employees
