About the role
As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will be responsible for driving product innovation and strategy to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring products to market.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, including managing product development, pricing, and promotion.
- Ensure alignment between product features and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
- Experience in consumer goods or retail industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.
