The Role: HII is looking for the next leader of our Corporate Advanced Technology Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic technology initiatives and improving company operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading HII’s corporate technology office and corporate IRAD program
• Transforming shipbuilding with physical AI through our High Yield Production Robotics (HYPR) initiative
• Partnering with NNS and Ingalls Shipbuilding to grow our distributed shipbuilding program
• Driving our Warship OS campaign
• Leading our Engineering Fellows program
• Taking a leadership role in developing corporate and business unit operations strategies, including identifying investment and value creation opportunities, diagnosing operational constraints, building business cases and implementation plans, and aligning
