Corporate Development Manager
Job Responsibilities
The Corporate Development Manager will be involved in qualifying prospective deal opportunities, performing strategic and quantitative analysis, conducting due diligence, performing valuation analysis, supporting negotiations, and participating in closing activities. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-driven professional with the ability to make strategic and informed recommendations to drive acquisition and investment decisions. In a typical acquisition, this role will be involved in many aspects of transaction execution and coordination across business units and corporate legal, finance, human resources, and other functional teams.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Business (Finance, Accounting), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields (e.g., Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years as an analyst in a deal environment (corporate development, investment banking, private equity and/or venture capital)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high level comprehensive solutions
- Strategically-minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals
- Build logical narrative structures independently tailored to executives and create compelling visualizations
Pay Range
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
