About the role
The Senior Manager will join a small, collaborative group focused on the origination, execution and integration of M&A. The position offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the company as well as significant career progression potential.
Responsibilities
- Drive an end-to-end M&A process including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, deal negotiations and integration
- Manage a comprehensive due diligence process that involves close collaboration across multiple functions
- Conduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to assess M&A opportunities
- Prepare written communications and presentations to key senior executives
- Support deal sourcing and pipeline management
Requirements
- 5+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking
- Strong deal process management and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (public & private), and synergy analysis
- Experience in transaction document negotiation and integration a plus
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with M&A processes and deal structuring
- Knowledge of corporate finance and valuation techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
