About the role

The CorpDev Integration Manager leads due diligence and integration planning and execution efforts for Amazon's acquisitions. The role involves working with executive business sponsors to define key value drivers for potential acquisitions, writing and implementing actionable plans to achieve transaction objectives, and diving deep on tactical aspects of integration projects.

Responsibilities

Lead integration projects
Organize and lead the acquisition due diligence process to identify integration needs
Lead the definition of transaction rationale and create detailed integration plans to best enable a team to achieve its goals
Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders
Work with functional area managers to align resources to integration plans
Communicate project priority and set project task priority for related teams
Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand-offs
Participate in the continuous improvement of Amazon's integration processes and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of professional or military experience
6+ years of complex cross-functional change management experience
Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
6+ years of M&A integration experience within a Corporate Development function or management consultancy
