Corporate Development Associate

About the role

Our client is a portfolio company of a ~$7B middle-market private equity firm executing a buy-and-build strategy within its early childhood education platform. The platform was acquired in early 2025 and has completed 7 acquisitions in the last 3 months, with a significant pipeline ahead. They are seeking a Corporate Development Associate/Senior Associate to drive a high volume of accretive acquisitions. The Associate will report directly to the Head of Corporate Development and will have meaningful ownership across financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution for de novo, single-site, and multi-site deals. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and valuation of acquisition targets.
• Due diligence (financial, operational, commercial).
• Transaction execution, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Evaluation of de novo, single-site, and multi-site acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
