About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders aligned with M&A priorities
  • Develop acquisition theses and perform market analyses for specific targets
  • Lead business case development, financial modeling, and valuation/structuring for potential acquisitions
  • Drive deal execution, including negotiations, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Lead reporting efforts for the Board of Directors and investor communications
  • Engage with investors and manage materials for Board meetings and updates
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships to align on strategic priorities and reinforce the reputable brand of Corp Dev + IR

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of transactional experience in Corporate Development and/or investment banking/consulting
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with founders, executives, and investors
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for technology, business strategy, and finance
  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools for research and analysis
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality and initiative
  • Collaboration skills, with an ability to influence across departments
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • A sense of humor and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$97,000 – $251,000 annually
