About the role

Experienced Real Estate Attorney to join Dollar Tree’s Legal Real Estate team supporting all aspects of Dollar Tree’s real estate. This position will join the team of in-house attorneys supporting Dollar Tree’s continuing growth, with an emphasis on the existing portfolio of 9,000+ retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate a high volume of complex lease amendments and related documents
• Provide ongoing legal support to Dollar Tree’s in house portfolio management team primarily responsible for managing the existing portfolio of Dollar Tree retail stores in the U.S. and Canada, including ongoing landlord relationships
