About the role
The Business Counsel & Operator position is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Advise on legal matters related to energy infrastructure projects
- Support in contract negotiations and drafting
- Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on operations
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on energy infrastructure projects
- Negotiate and draft contracts related to energy projects
- Stay informed about regulatory developments affecting the industry
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in energy law and project development
