About the role

The Business Counsel & Operator position is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

• Advise on legal matters related to energy infrastructure projects
• Support in contract negotiations and drafting
• Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on operations

Responsibilities

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in energy law and project development
