Corporate Counsel – Healthcare

Role: Corporate Counsel – Healthcare Responsibilities Manage legal matters for healthcare business units, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as license, reseller, service, and development agreements.Lead corporate and commercial transactions from structuring to closing, creating template agreements aligned with legal and business needs.Collaborate with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams to support business growth and advise internal clients.Represent the company's interests in interactions with partners, vendors, and external counsel, and address legal trends and risks in a regulatory environment. Qualifications & Skills JD degree, member in good standing of a State Bar.3+ years of experience in technology contracts, healthcare law (including HIPAA), and data privacy.Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of international privacy laws (GDPR, UK laws), medical device regulation, and US state privacy laws is a plus. Key Attributes Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to provide clear legal advice.Experience managing diverse legal matters and projects concurrently.
