Corporate Counsel – Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for healthcare business units, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as license, reseller, service, and development agreements.
• Lead corporate and commercial transactions from structuring to closing, creating template agreements aligned with legal and business needs.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams to support business growth and advise internal clients.
• Represent the company's interests in interactions with partners, vendors, and external counsel, and address legal trends and risks in a regulatory environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• JD degree, member in good standing of a State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in technology contracts, healthcare law (including HIPAA), and data privacy.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of international privacy laws (GDPR, UK laws), medical device regulation, and US state privacy laws is a plus.
