Key job responsibilities

  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex distribution, development, licensing, production, marketing, and other commercial agreements
  • Providing ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
  • Experience in private practice or in-house experience at a technology company or equivalent
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Technology Law experience
  • Deep understanding of consumer law and regulations impacting subscription businesses
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
