Key job responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex distribution, development, licensing, production, marketing, and other commercial agreements
- Providing ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
- Experience in private practice or in-house experience at a technology company or equivalent
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of Technology Law experience
- Deep understanding of consumer law and regulations impacting subscription businesses
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
