The company is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California, working to help diverse audiences—sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and others—overcome barriers to accessing the economy. This is a 100% remote contract role.
About the role
Support the Corporate Communications team with operational execution across media partnerships, sponsorship activations, and team workflows. Coordinate timelines, logistics, partner communications, project tracking, scheduling, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and deliverables for media partnerships and sponsorship activations.
- Manage day-to-day communications and follow-ups with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support contracts, procurement, invoices, approvals, and coordination with Finance and Legal.
- Manage team operations, including calendars, scheduling, meetings, and project trackers.
- Maintain documentation and status updates to support execution across communications priorities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in project management, communications operations, agency account management, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams involving Communications, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing competing deadlines, and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Experience supporting contracts, procurement, invoices, budgets, or vendor management is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or executive communications teams is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
