This role is primarily focused on supporting enterprise employee communications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and implementing communications that strengthen understanding, inspire and drive deeper engagement for employees. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, collaboration, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to effectively manage employee communications platforms. In addition to supporting day-to-day communications, this role will help bring the company’s most important moments, business priorities and enterprise initiatives to life through compelling storytelling and engaging communication experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support communications for key enterprise priorities, ensuring employees are aware of and engaged with the company's most important moments, initiatives and business milestones through thoughtful storytelling, audience-focused messaging and effective channel strategies.
- Build strong partnerships across functions, regions and commercial divisions to uncover story ideas that advance global editorial narrative.
- Advise stakeholders on the best channel, timing and audience strategy to maximize relevance, clarity and engagement while ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and avoiding unnecessary volume or duplication.
