We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Corporate Communications Manager to join the Corporate Marketing team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing, and will develop integrated communications strategies and content that advance business priorities, elevate the brand, and foster connection, engagement, and alignment across the organization. The role brings deep experience in messaging strategy, stakeholder engagement, and people mentorship, with a proven ability to manage sensitive, high-visibility projects.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of the firm's offices. This position is considered hybrid, meaning team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and coordinate approvals for internal and external communications content, including presentations, publications, talking points, video scripts, press releases, and social media posts in support of firm goals and initiatives.
  • Manage communications requests and provide editorial guidance and writing support to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Manage corporate campaigns, including developing assets, leading projects, and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to develop strategies and content to advance the firm's People & Culture goals.
  • Manage awards, surveys, and rankings submissions.
  • Own the firm communications calendar, leading scheduling and channel strategy to ensure timely and effective delivery of communications across the firm.
  • Manage relationships with brand and public relations agencies, including messaging reviews, approvals, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to develop effective communications assets and content.
  • Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Share recommendations to improve communications effectiveness, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, or marketing communications, within a professional services, consulting, accounting, or other similar organization.
  • Experience supporting communications for senior executives and working with highly confidential business information.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills across a variety of audiences and formats.
  • Strong experience developing executive communications, presentations, speeches, and videos.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate leadership priorities into clear, engaging communications for employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and visual communications skills with experience creating executive-level presentations and communications materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience managing editorial calendars and communications plans.
  • Excellent judgment, diplomacy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with media relations and public relations processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot (or similar enterprise AI platforms) with a commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and communication effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking in AI use cases to maintain accuracy, authenticity, and trust.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting crisis communications, change management, and/or merger and acquisition communications.
  • Prior experience within accounting, consulting, legal, financial services, or another professional services organization.

Pay

In Maryland, the salary range for a Corporate Communications Manager is $116,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package.
