About the Opportunity:The CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS LEAD is responsible for developing and executing the organization's external and internal communications strategies. This role plays a key part in shaping corporate messaging, managing media relations, and supporting organizational change initiatives to ensure alignment across the company and enhance its market presence. Responsibilities:Lead media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling.Partner with executives to elevate the organization's industry visibility.Manage external announcements, news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and updates.Build relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and partners.Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans aligned with brand and business priorities.Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to enhance market presence.Collaborate with People team to execute internal communications strategies.Create communication plans supporting organizational initiatives, culture, performance management, and change efforts.Establish communication standards and best practices.Support employee engagement through transparent and timely communication.Ensure messaging alignment across leadership, departments, and locations.Support communications related to organizational growth, transformation, and change.Develop frameworks to help employees understand changes and their impacts.Anticipate communication risks and address concerns proactively.Manage social media strategy and daily presence.Collaborate with Marketing to produce content reflecting brand voice.Monitor trends to identify engagement opportunities.Track performance and refine social media approaches. Requirements:8+ years in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields.Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills adaptable to diverse audiences.Experience advising executive leaders on communication strategy.Proven success in leading external and internal communications initiatives.Strong project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Preferred experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives.Ability to influence and collaborate across Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
